Wanjin Machine 5 gallon water production line consists of empty bottle transferring, internal bottle brushing, auto de-capper, external bottle brushing, rinsing filling capping, light checker, neck shrinker, bagging, full bottle transferring and pallitizer, enabling full automatic intelligent production. The whole process is strictly controlled, which ensures the complete compliance with customer’s local standards and regulations set up by their Health Department. During filling process, secondary pollution is strictly controlled, which makes it an ultra-clean production line. PET Bottle Blowing Machine

Making bottles by blowing PET preforms, it is suitable for blowing PET bottles of various shapes, volume from 100 ml to 2000 ml. Bottle embryo heated by infrared, controllable constant pressure control, so as to achieve the best blowing precision. It adopt programmable PLC controller automatically control, microcomputer touch screen convenient operation.

Water Treatment System

According to customer requirements and the source water quality, we adopt different equipments to produce pure water, mineral water, etc. The treatment capacity is 2ton/hour. It can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid, remained oxygen of microorganism and some of heavy metal ion in the water, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard of fresh drink water.

Automatic De-Capping Machine

This de-capping machine is designed for 3 & 5 gallon bottle in water production line. It’s used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle before rinsing.

Rotary Outside Bottle Washer Machine

The bottle goes into the outside cleaning machine by the action of conveyor and bottle closed to the main rotate brusher .the direction of main brushing rotate is opposite with the bottle and bottle bottom brusher rotate direction . the bottle finish revolution one circle ,self rotate running . washing pump offer the water or cleaning liquid to every brusher. And the liquid can be recycled because of the bottom water tank .

5 Gallon Water Bottle Filling Machine

This filling machine for PET bottle integrates the functions of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based on advanced technology overseas and designed according to the filling processing demands of mineral water, pure water etc. It’s used for 3 gallon to 5 gallon plastic bottles.

Cap Heat Shrink Machine

This cap heat shrink machine is used to shrink the plastic label on the 3& 5 gallon caps. It adopted good quality imported stainless steel, simply operation and working smoothly.
