1.Embryo management

The embryo management mechanism uses fully automated equipment to transport the disordered and embryonic tubes in the hopper directly to the embryo management bucket by a pulley device. Each embryo tube is sequentially sorted by its own gravity and the axis of the embryo management shaft at the bottom of the management bucket. In a neatly arranged row, at the same time, under the action of the impeller sweep, the embryo tube after the preliminary arrangement is reorganized, and then arranged in the orbit of the embryo, arranged in a straight line, tight and neat. The front end of the orbit is connected to the star wheel embryonic mechanism, and the neatly arranged embryo tubes will be moved one by one into the star wheel device.

2 .Heating light box mechanism

The heating mechanism adopts a unit heating system, which is composed of 4 groups of heating furnaces, each of which has 6 to 8 layers (standard configuration 7 layers) of infrared lamps.
Through various heating stages, the embryo tube can be well heated, and the embryo tube inserted on the heating head can rotate continuously on the circuit to achieve the best heating effect. At the same time, adjusting the pressure regulating unit on the touch screen can fully realize the temperature adjustment of five thousandths of the preform. The tiny temperature control makes the preform more suitable for the requirements of the bottle blowing process.
Unitized heating system, the heating lamp box can be turned outward more than 90 °, which is convenient for replacing the lamp tube.

3. Blowing unit

The secondary blowing system is used to ensure the stable molding quality of the bottle and meet the customer’s corresponding technical standards. In this stage, the preforms that have been preheated are placed in a blow mold that has been prepared, and the high-pressure inflation is performed in them. Blow the preform into the desired bottle. The fully automatic bottle blowing machine completes the two operations of bottle blowing together through the operation of the robotic hand, eliminating the process of manually putting the preheated preform into the blowing mold in the middle. Greatly speed up the production rate.
