Palletizer Machine System
The stacker is a machine that automatically stacks the membrane bags/boxes that have been loaded into containers on pallets in a certain arrangement. It can stack multiple layers and then be pushed out for easy forklift transportation to the warehouse for storage. This device adopts PLC+touch screen control to achieve intelligent operation and management, which is simple and easy to master. It can greatly reduce labor force and labor intensity.
Product Description
Process:
(1) Membrane bag/luggage input part
Membrane bag/luggage conveying device
According to the set
arrangement method, force the membrane/luggage to be turned or transported to achieve the function of sorting and sorting.
Sorting device
The supply conveyor belt will push the sorted first row of film/box bags into the lifting device using a cylinder, and then sequentially push them into the second and third columns to form a sorting layer.
⑵ Automatic stacking device
When a group (layer) is formed according to a certain order, the lifting machine rises and moves forward on the sorting layer to the upper part of the stacking device, and smoothly places it on the pallet (or the previous sorting layer) to form an automatic stacking. The stacking device relies on variable frequency motors and chains to complete its lifting, lowering, and forward (backward) movement.
